Benefits of Hiring Event Elements

Knowledge & Professionalism - Special Events are our specialty. It's the only thing we do. Event Elements is constantly learning new trends, ideas and technologies. It's important to trust a professional with a successful track record for your very special event. Tracy Fletcher and Jeannie Wolf are both Certified Meeting Professionals (CMP). The CMP designation recognizes those who have achieved the industry's highest standard of professionalism

Save money on payroll & benefits - Depending on the number of events done annually, hiring an event planning company can be less expensive than hiring an additional staff member. Hiring an outside company that is an expert in the field will also alleviate any burden on staff whose main job responsibility does not include event planning.

Cost savings know-how - Event Elements knows the vendors in the Buffalo Market. We know which vendors fit certain events and which ones we can trust to do a good job. Event Elements also can suggest cost saving measures that will not sacrifice the quality of your event
