BPAC Gala 2006
Originally scheduled for Friday, October 13, 2006 the Burchfield Penney Art Center Gala had to be canceled due to a snow storm that shut down Buffalo, NY. Event Elements worked with BPAC to get word to the 260 attendees despite limited phone services. The entire event was re-scheduled and re-planned for one month later. Despite the change in date the gala saw no decrease in attendance, which was attributed to good communication with attendees.
