Event Elements to plan Scrabble® Fest 2009

The Literacy Volunteers of Buffalo & Erie County, Inc. has chosen Event Elements to produce Scrabble Fest 2009. Game and word lovers are asked to shake their tile bags and rack their brains while assisting others during Scrabble® Fest 2009, a fundraiser for Literacy Volunteers of Buffalo and Erie County. Literacy Volunteers holds Scrabble® Fest every year in February and March as a means for people to have fun during the dreary winter days and to use words to support literacy. Scrabble Fest will begin in February throughout Western New York as people open their homes to family and friends to play the popular board game Scrabble® with each guest making a donation to Literacy Volunteers.

One winner from each party will be invited to a final Scrabble® Party on March 7, 2009 to determine one winner. The Scrabble®-Off will also be a giant public party for anyone interested in attending and playing Scrabble®.
